5 person Marathon Relay Race benefiting Junior Achievement. The five relay legs are run in the following order: 12K, 10K, 10K, 5K, 5K. All Relay legs will hand off in the same location near the start/finish line. Registration is online at www.austinmarathonrelay.com

Beneficiary:


Your participation supports Junior Achievement of Central Texas. This year we are asking each runner to raise $100 from friends and family and receive great prizes from generous sponsors like American Airlines and Yeti Coolers. Plus, the funds you raise will teach important financial literacy, entrepreneurship and work preparedness programs to over 13,000 Central Texas students. Packet Pick-Up:

Back by Popular Demand! Packet pick-up is at the Riverside RunTex.

Course:

Start/Finish and all Exchange Zones are located at Auditorium Shores. The final Course Map will be posted in August.
Parking:

Complimentary parking will be available in the Silicon Labs parking garages at both 200 W. Cesar Chavez and 400 W. Cesar Chavez. There are 1400 general parking spaces available with 32 ADA spaces.

Picnic Area:

Auditorium Shores will be open for all teammates, families and volunteers to gather. There will be food vendors, a place for runners to warm up and activities for the spectators. We encourage you to bring a picnic with your food and beverage of choice (alcohol is not allowed to be brought onto the premises).

Timing:

The event will be timed by Run-Far Racing Services and will use the ChampionChip technology. All five runners on the Relay team will be chip timed.

Fees:

Premier Team: $200.00
any combo of men/women of any age that are employed by the same company. Teams compete for the President’s Cup. *$1,000 reg fee. Includes a company logo; runners jersey; VIP tent and parking access. Total team price of $1,000.

Solo Marathon Runner: $150.00
One person running the full marathon

City Employees: $150.00
A 5 person team with any combo of men/women of any age that are currently employed by a city. Team compete for the Mayor’s Cup. Total team price of $150.

Open Women: $27.00
All woman's team of 5 runners. Total team price is $150.

Open Men Team: $27.00
All men's team of 5 runners. Total team price $150.

Open Mixed: $27.00
Mixed gender team with at least 2 women. Total team price of $150.

Masters Men: $27.00
A team of 5 men 40-49 yrs. A total team price of $150.

Masters Women: $27.00
A team of 5 women 40-49 yrs. Total team price of $150.

Masters Mixed: $27.00

High School Boys: $10.00
A team of five boys from same high school. Total team price of $50.

High School Girls: $10.00
A team of five girls from same high school. Total team price of $50.

Middle/High School Mixed: $10.00
A team of students of mixed gender and mixed high school and middle school students. Total team price of $50.

Individual Fundraiser: No Fees
Individuals fundraising for JA but not running in the Relay

JA Visionary ($1,500.00 + ) 
Raise $1,500 for Junior Achievement and you will fund one elementary grade level or 10 high school classes.
   Rewards: Junior Achievement Visionary - Receive all items in Friend of JA and JA Partner plus: 1 American Airlines ticket good for travel in the United States, Canada, Mexico or the Caribbean. For every $1,000 raised above the $1,500 add 1 American Airlines ticket.

ADC Runners ($750.00 + ) 
Raise $750 for Junior Achievement and receive your ADC fees for free.
   Rewards: Austin Distance Challenge - Each Austin Distance Challenge runner that raises $750 for Junior Achievement will receive their registration fees for all races in the ADC free.

JA Partner ($500.00 + ) 
Raise $500 for Junior Achievement and you will help fund 12 children with JA programs.
   Rewards: Junior Achievement Partner - All Friend of JA benefits plus: One Yeti Cooler, a high end ice chest that keeps ice colder and fresher longer PLUS a $20 shoe coupon to RunTex

Friend of JA ($100.00 + ) 
We hope you will help Central Texas school children receive important financial literacy programs by raising money for Junior Achievement.
   Rewards: Friend of Junior Achievement - Each person that raises $100 for Junior Achievement will get an upgraded tech t-shirt in place of the regular cotton t-shirt for the Relay.

  
Team Level
JA Hero ($5,000.00 + ) 
Team that raises $5,000 for Junior Achievement and you will help one entire elementary school receive JA programs.
   Rewards: Junior Achievement Hero - Each team that raises $5,000 will receive: 5 American Airline tickets for travel in the United States, Canada, Mexico or the Caribbean. Designated 10x10 popup tent space at the Relay. 5 Yeti coolers and 5 folding chairs, all yours to keep.
